A smooth and creamy blend, light and bright.  Named while walking to “Mattie’s” in Lewisburg, knowing that I had an elegant, nameless blend awaiting my morning brewing.  I looked up to those pre-dawn heavens and the big ol’ round moon cast a glow over the town causing such a feeling of safety and warmth in the late, dark night…thus she became “moonshine”.

A medium earthy based blend with a bright twist and a stout french kick.  Our original house blend to help remind us to live lightly in the realm of magical earth.

A full-bodied, excellently balanced half french roast blend.  Nutty, earthy and smooth.  A great all day drinker if you drink by the multiple pots as we farmers do…the coffee’s always on.

A half french roast blend, rich, full-bodied & subtly sweet with browning-sugar goodness.  This coffee is named to remind us to care for those young trees – you never know what they may become in some distant, far away time.

Deep & complex, with vibrant, spicy aromas and nice acidity. Like a long hike on a crisp fall evening, when the leaves turn fiery red in the golden sun.

A straight french roast blend.  Acidic, bold and strong.  When you get down into the shadowy hollow, near the moss and the lichen, where secrets are told, the coffee must be bold.

A smooth and smoky blend.  Mediums and italians meld together in this full and smooth pairing.  Named after “The Appalachian Smoke and Cigar Shop” – we simply could not abandon this blend.

An italian and french roast blend.  Rich and acidic with notes of cocoa and dark fruits.  Good for when you need to dive deeper still into life.

A blend of acidic french roast and coal.  Wickedly powerful and possessing great depth.
